Dimensions and materials
Works in Vicenza refractory clay, enameled with gold lustre, copper lustre and crystalline, sometimes only engobed.
Dimension in height from 30 to 80 cm.
Motherhood brought me Awakening. Thanks to my children I reopened this door, thanks to them I felt the need to give shape to the deep feeling that their presence transmitted to me. So the awareness that we arrive purer than we become, that we often lose our roots to defend ourselves from the jungle, becoming all wrinkled and hard like logs, to protect that tiny fragile wonder that we hold in our hearts and in our arms, becomes very strong in me, but by standing up we risk losing the stabilizing connection that roots allow us.
These pieces play on the material contrast of the sign that hurts, takes away, marks, empties and the purity the delicacy of what is worth protecting, what we ourselves came to light for, that despite everything we continue to recognize.
The need to keep in mind the depth of this vision has generated three pieces; Inbraccio, Madre and Padre.
I accept commissioned work aimed at creating unique, custom-made works, both for larger and smaller works.
The pieces can originate both on the basis of projects already in progress and on customized themes, based on the interaction with the client and his needs.
I love working with children and schools sharing projects according to the specific teaching needs agreed with the teachers.
